Nifty:

Nifty traded on negative note today. Index lost numbers in today’s trading session.  Nifty  took a gap up opening later took a fall and further slipped to the lower levels. Index closed above 10,450 level. Nifty-50 futures slipped and bears dominated the day, We may see Nifty witnessing support around 10250 level. Midcap and small cap index too also lost and witnessed the negative numbers.

 Bank Nifty:


Bank Nifty Index saw a negative movement and lost the numbers in today’s trading session. Index was seen loosing and bears gained control for today’s trading session. Few PSU players in the sector as well as private banks slipped and lost the numbers for the day. Next 25000 can be seen as major resistance for the index.

Nifty:   Nifty Outlook Nifty traded on high volatile note for today. In morning session nifty took a gap down opening and gained numbers, while in later half lost the numbers. Nifty-50 futures moved in the range and close above 10100 level. Similar pattern was seen in Midcap stocks and also same was for small cap counters too. For coming session market 10000 is considered to be a strong support. Bank Nifty:   Bank Nifty Outlook Bank Nifty Index saw a volatile movement for the day. Market Now: BSE Oil & Gas index down 3%; Petronet LNG, HPCL crack 4%

The BSE Oil & Gas index was trading 2.68 per cent down at 15,252 around 12:05 pm (IST) on Tuesday with shares of GAILBSE -4.33 % (India) (down 4.37 per cent) as the top loser.  Shares of Petronet LNGBSE -3.60 % (down 3.96 per cent) , Castrol India (down 3.73 per cent) , Hindustan Petroleum CorporationBSE -3.39 % (down 3.59 per cent) , Indraprastha Gas (down 3.19 per cent) , Reliance IndustriesBSE -2.83 % (down 2.88 per cent) , Indian Oil CorporationBSE -2.24 % (down 2.29 per cent) , Oil and Natural Gas CorporationBSE -2.12 % (down 1.99 per cent) and Bharat Petroleum CorporationBSE -0.97 % (down 1.65 per cent) were also down in the index.  Oil India (up 2.30 per cent) was the only stock that was trading up in the oil & gas index around that time.  Benchmark BSE Sensex was 1,039 points down at 33,719, while the NSE Nifty50 index was 313 points down at 10,353.  All components in the Nifty50 and Sensex index were in the red.

Today's Nifty | Bank Nifty Outlook

Nifty Nifty traded on positive note today. Index surged up and added gains for the day. Nifty-50 futures touched 10470 level, Midcap and small-cap counters gained and moved positive for the day. Following the global cues, index was positive. Auto companies added gains and were seen positive for the day. In further trading session 10510 can be market resistance for index. Bank Nifty Bank Nifty Index saw a positive note for today and gained almost 150 points for the day, while the bulls dominated for the day. Private and PSU players performed well for the day and were seen gaining marginally, Canara Bank traded positive and gained for the day. Next, 24800 can be seen as major resistance for the index.
